Louisville is the largest metropolitan city in Kentucky, with a population of approximately 1.3 million. It is also home of three of Kentucky's Fortune 500 companies, with a strong concentration of companies in the manufacturing, financial services and healthcare industries.

The City of Louisville is strategicly located with easy access to major highways like I-65 and I-70 connects it to regional business hubs throughout the Midwest.

The area’s growing e-commerce industry has also resulted in new commercial real estate activity. Amazon is actively expanding its operations in Louisville, Kentucky. Recently, the company announced plans to establish a new last-mile delivery station facility near the Watterson Expressway in Louisville.
