Joining the Kentucky NCS in 2024, Mandy is responsible for driving growth and managing and expanding customer relationships. To accomplish this, she has a deep understanding of each customer’s specific needs helping to deliver tailored solutions and ensure a positive customer experience. Mandy says it is also important to understand market dynamics to help customers achieve their goals.
