Paige serves as National Commercial Underwriting Counsel for Commonwealth Land Title’s Kentucky National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. A licensed attorney in Kentucky and Indiana, she brings a broad range of real estate and legal experience to her role, with a hands-on approach to underwriting and closing commercial transactions.
 
Paige began her career in 2018 at a local title company in Louisville, handling residential real estate transactions. In 2020, she transitioned to a national title agency focused exclusively on commercial deals for all major underwriters. Most recently, Paige worked in-house for a Fortune 500 company in the power and energy industry, where she negotiated high-value contracts for large-scale capital projects. She rejoined the commercial title industry in 2025, bringing with her a strong legal foundation and client-centered perspective.
 
Paige holds a B.A. in political science from the University of Kentucky and earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. She is a member of the Kentucky and Louisville bar associations and actively supports the Louisville ACE Mentor Program. A proud Assumption High School alumna, Paige lives in Louisville with her husband and three children.
